Yesterday was our second experience with Precision, and once again we couldn't be happier with the service. We were able to make an appointment the very day we needed it, and the problem was diagnosed and fixed within forty minutes. Our technician David Goldstein was professional in every way. He listened carefully to my explanation of the issue, explained exactly what his process would be to address it, and then instructed me on how I might get the most out of our garage door system. He tuned up the parts and explained what he did to get the door back in working order. He did not try to sell us new equipment, but rather pointed out a few parts that may need replacemtn in the future. David is an intelligent, efficient, and personable professional, and I hope he is the technician who comes the next time we need assistance.

Awesome experience from a customer service view. Did everybody involved in the process go to Charm School? Again, awesome experience, but so is the bill compared to the last time I had to replace the spring and cables in 2000. Jeff did a fantastic job! I had a 40+ year-old garage door. The bearings were shot. The springs were the wrong size. The pulleys were locked up. I chose the mid-level and the installation was super quick as a bonus. Jeff took a look at my existing 24-year-old opener that hadn’t worked in years. He adjusted some of the sensors did a little tweaking and he got that to Work! I was shocked, superservice Highly recommended!

Precision Garage Door Service is a very smooth operation. Made an appointment on-line. The appointment period was 4 hours, but I would receive notice 30 minutes before arrival, so I didn't have to hang around. Mike, the technician assessed the problem & gave me 3 options to choose from. Since my opener was 25 years old, I went with a total replacement. He had everything he needed in his van, so he did the replacement then & there.

Dave was very professional and pleasant to deal with. After examining my door hardware, he explained where 13 years had taken its toll on the springs and rollers. The replacement pieces appear to be of better quality than what was originally installed and the door now operates more quietly.
