Over last weekend, 6/6/2026, our garage door would not stay closed. We called Precision and I was surprised and pleased that a service person came to our house on Sunday 6/7/2026. The gentleman was wonderful, knowledgeable, and professional. Everything was repaired in a timely manner and the cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company!

The company is very reliable. From first scheduling to completion the is great communication throughout. I knew when to expect my technician, a note before he arrived and a text as he arrived at my location. He presented all options for repair and there was no pressure to choose the most expensive, it was up to me as the customer. They installed my garage door years ago. Anytime there was a problem. They always came out quickly and always resolved the problem. This morning the garage door wouldn’t open when the pad was pushed. I called for service and Mike came out. and did a great job in getting everything restored. he explained everything that needed to be done and showed me a price before anything was started. He finished the job quickly and efficiently. He’s a great asset to your company.

Easy to schedule service to get our opener fixed. Scheduler set a 8-12 window and David, the technician, was right on schedule. He was able to re-program our opener and lubricate the tracks. Cost quite reasonable for a house call. Would definitely use Prestige again.

Jeff was excellent. He took the time to inspect my 1985 garage door system and clearly explained what was worn and why. He showed me multiple opener and hardware options and let me choose what best fit my needs. Yesterday was our second experience with Precision, and once again we couldn't be happier with the service. We were able to make an appointment the very day we needed it, and the problem was diagnosed and fixed within forty minutes. Our technician David Goldstein was professional in every way. He listened carefully to my explanation of the issue, explained exactly what his process would be to address it, and then instructed me on how I might get the most out of our garage door system. He tuned up the parts and explained what he did to get the door back in working order. He did not try to sell us new equipment, but rather pointed out a few parts that may need replacemtn in the future. Awesome experience from a customer service view. Did everybody involved in the process go to Charm School? Again, awesome experience, but so is the bill compared to the last time I had to replace the spring and cables in 2000. Jeff did a fantastic job! I had a 40+ year-old garage door. The bearings were shot. The springs were the wrong size. The pulleys were locked up. I chose the mid-level and the installation was super quick as a bonus. Jeff took a look at my existing 24-year-old opener that hadn’t worked in years. He adjusted some of the sensors did a little tweaking and he got that to Work! I was shocked, superservice Highly recommended!
