Great service. Moderately upsold but frankly I needed it. Great technician (Sonny, who has a rescue dog) who could play the part of Alan Arkin as a young man. Serviced the other door and got both cars working both doors. Prompt. Clean. Polite. Hearty recco. Dirt dirt cheap, no, but good value in my view. Would use again but hopefully won't need to!

Not what I consider a service call (no attempt to repair) Was told only that the garage door opener was old, and that he could install a new one for $1,000 (!) I said that was too much, and he said that although you offer less expensive ones, he only had that one on the truck. He said he would send an email with his recommendation, but the follow-up email I received was a 'no reply' email indicating "Please find your form from Precision Door Service attached below:" but there was no form! What was attached was a 2 page 'COVID-19 Home Experience Safety Checklist' Needless to say, I will NOT be using Precision!

I had my garage door installed by Precision 5 years ago, and had a spring malfunction late in the evening this week. I appreciate that the call center is open 24/7, and that they were able to send out a repairman the next day. And, it was covered under the warranty. I highly recommend their company.

I highly recommend this company. I called on a Thursday to have my garage door repair. They came to the house on Saturday to repair the door. Two things stand out; 1) the customer service is outstanding (they confirmed the appointment via text several times, and showed up on time) 2) the door was repaired with high quality products and works perfectly. Very impressed with this company. Well run, and the person that fixed the door was very professional.
