We have used Precision Door Service in the past, and they continue to be our go-to resource when we need service. They are responsive, reliable and provide exceptional service. We needed to have the backup battery replaced and Jacob, the technician who handled our call, did a marvelous job in adjusting the doors and servicing the opener. Highly recommended!

The service tech was wonderful. Though I was not pleased with the price, he explained everything ahead of time, and there were no surprises at the end. He was totally professional and and took care of everything in a timely manner. My only comment is that you say appointments are available at all hours, but i had to wait until Monday, and was given a 4 hour window from 1 PM to 5PM, with a half hour notice. That does not go with your ad on-line. As far as the service, very pleased with the gentleman who did did the repairs.

Prompt and on time as promised, an unusual feature of service calls in general and especially to our location which is extremely rural and hard to find down narrow mountain roads. Carlos Ortiz was very professional and courteous! He explained the steps he was taking to install the overhead garage opener and asked if I had any concerns. When he finished he explained each function of the keypad and the remote controls. He is an excellent representative for your company.

The two technicians were outstanding. We asked for an examination of three doors and advice as to what maintenance might be needed or desirable. That was done by Brian (with Jacob's excellent asistance). The work was done in speedy and professional form and Precision may well be proud of these two employees. The total invoice was just under $800.00 as estimated. What we do not like is that labor and materials are not split apart on the invoice. Thus cables @ $99.00 looks high and a spring does not cost over $200.00. Invoices should show labor and materials so the customer gets the idea of the degree of difficulty or special skills training that are needed or used. A satisfied customer, but disagree with the way charges are presented.

Leo was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. My door was stuck and the opener wasn't working but he was able to reset my tracks and service my door in 45 minutes. He also walked me through general maintenance to keep the door running properly in the future.

In February 2018 I had a complete new door, opener and hardware instillation which I was very happy with. All the folks I dealt with were friendly, polite and courteous. However, I have had 2 episodes, one in March and one in early May, of a roller coming off track making it so the door couldn’t close. Prompt repairs were done both times but I couldn’t get a good explanation as to why it happened.
