Honestly I just wanted it fixed and they were available quickly. I liked that they use the right spring for the door. So as far as price I don’t know if it was good. Carlos did an outstanding job. First diagnosing our issue and repairing it, then showing us the weakness in our door system. He gave us all options without pressuring us to make a decision, giving us all pricing and consequences. Once we made a decision he did a great job. Our garage door works so much better. As this is one of our main entranceway, it was important to put this in prime condition. I would highly recommend Carlos to family and friends. Precision Door Service is a first rate company. Customer satisfaction and Communication with customers are wonderful part of their service.
Thanks for the review, Joyce! Communication is very important to us, from the arrival time of the tech to the explanation of garage door issues and solution options without pressure. Thank you for sharing your experience with Precision!

Spring broke on our 60 yr old garage door and trapped our cars inside. I called for service and was accommodated same day. Soner arrived and got garage door opened and I removed our cars. Not surprised the cost to repair the old door mechanics was costly and ordered a new door on the spot. Soner was very helpful, professional, and complied with CDC virus guidelines!
Thanks for the review, Martin! Sorry to hear about the garage door trouble, but we're glad Soner could help get the door opened. The health and safety of our customers and employees is essential, so we're taking the CDC virus guidelines seriously. Thanks for trusting Precision for your garage door repair needs and new garage door installation.
