Leonardo was our technician today. He has been to our house on other occasions to service our garage doors and I was glad to see a familiar face! He was polite, knowledgeable and quickly determined what the problem was and corrected it. He also tested all our doors and pointed out a weakness in one of our cables! We were pleasantly surprised that when we called in the late afternoon, we were able to arrange a service visit for the next morning. We received two calls to update us about the arrival time.
