Today I used the Precision Overhead Garage Service for the first time and was very pleased. Service Techinician Leonardo Rosado called to say he was coming to service my garage door about 30 minutes prior to his arrival as had been promised by your phone representative. He quickly analyzed the problem and clearly communicated to me what needed to be done in a very professional manner. When he discovered an additional part needed to be added to the job raising the price he clearly communicated this to me also. The garage door is now working again and I am very pleased with your service. Mr. Rosado exceeded my expectations and is an asset to your company.

These people were respectful, prompt, professional and thorough! The next time we need our garage doors serviced, we will call them! Ps-they send you a text with your tech’s picture and a brief bio minutes before they arrive-we loved that!

While I appreciate you were open on Saturday and could schedule a service call on a Sunday, no one asked me when I scheduled the service call and I didn’t think to know that my doors are 9’ x 9’. I was informed on arrival that you don’t service doors more than 8’, so it turned out to be a waste of time and money. The service tech was kind enough to recommend a Liftmaster 893 Max to replace my current Liftmaster remote opener which is no longer working. He showed me one in his van, but apparently couldn’t or wouldn’t sell to me. So I’m ordering from Amazon.

My technician was Jared Wentzel and I couldn't be happier with his work. He was personable, knowledgeable, and very professional. He laid out a couple of options for what I wanted done, no pressure. He worked very efficiently and when he was finished I was very satisfied. You have an excellent employee in Jared. I would definitely recommend Precision Door. When I lived in NY I used your company a few years ago and had the same results with that tech. The NY work is why I called you as the first and only company to service my door.

Carlos did exactly what I read about he would do. He was very polite, courteous, a strong hand shake, and listener. He identified the problem within minutes and also gave us recommendations about near future services that he would suggest. Carlos has the customer service every technician should have. A great experience and will call and ask only for Carlos for any future garage door issues or services. Keep up the awesome job Carlos
