Big 5 Star rating for Leo Rosado and your company too, for having a wonderful technician as Leo. He was most pleasant, understanding, and of course, knowledgeable. He was so at ease, I felt like I was chatting with a friend. Leo explained everything in detail and never urged me to accept any of his recommendations. I will be calling you again should the need arise, and please send Leo.

Leonardo was our technician today. He has been to our house on other occasions to service our garage doors and I was glad to see a familiar face! He was polite, knowledgeable and quickly determined what the problem was and corrected it. He also tested all our doors and pointed out a weakness in one of our cables! He contacted me by phone to give me an ETA and made a follow up call when his prior job ran a little long. Service was EXCELLENT and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors. Leonardo is WONDERFUL.
