I randomly searched for garage door repair and found Precision by chance. It was the best move I made. I called late afternoon on Tuesday and was able to get an early morning appointment the next day! Brian J X Birchler was the techician who came to the job. He arrived on time and was professional, respectful, extremely knowledgeable in his field and kept the work area clean & neat. Needless to say he repaired my garage door opener and it appears as if I have a new door opener. Brian & Precision definitely deserve a 5 star rating!

The service tech was wonderful. Though I was not pleased with the price, he explained everything ahead of time, and there were no surprises at the end. He was totally professional and and took care of everything in a timely manner. My only comment is that you say appointments are available at all hours, but i had to wait until Monday, and was given a 4 hour window from 1 PM to 5PM, with a half hour notice. That does not go with your ad on-line. As far as the service, very pleased with the gentleman who did did the repairs.
