When my automatic garage door opener broke I was able to get a next day appointment with Precision. The tech, Joshua, diagnosed what caused my opener to break, and gave me several options to repair or replace, all of which would have fixed my garage door. I chose to replace, and Joshua offered several options for that route. We worked out the best deal in my budget, and then he had me up and running again in just a couple of hours. Joshua was professional, efficient, and courteous. I would recommend him and Precision to anyone.

Our garage door had malfunctioned and we were unable to get our car out. Precision fielded our call with a competent human being (Liz), politely explained capabilities and got us on their repair schedule for the next AM. Carlos Ortiz arrived on time and examined the door, promised we’d get things operational quickly that day, clearly explained options for repair (just enough, good, better, best), and then cheerfully and professionally performed the work. Whatever we’d chosen to do, he had the parts on the truck. He left our garage cleaner than he found it. We’ll use Precision again.

One day availability after I requested a free quote, courtesy corespondents when they arrive and completed 2 garage door replacements within 3 hours. Extremely happy with the results and experience. Just call them to make your worries go away….without the pressure…just professionalism. I wish all home repair was this positive.

I was lucky enough to have Jeffrey Barrales as my Service Technician. What a knowledgeable, professional, and friendly gentleman. He assessed my issue and presented me several options for repair. Once I made a decision, he went to work and within an hour my door was operating like new. In addition, he assessed my other garage door and determined it was in good shape adding some lubricant to keep it operating well. He was a pleasure. I would recommend their service.

Upon calling to report a problem with our garage door opener keyless entry pad, we were able to schedule a service appointment very quickly. The technician contacted us a half hour before arriving to tell us he was on the way, and arrived exactly on time. He was very friendly, informative and efficient, and resolved the issue with a new keypad. The cable on our garage door broke and dislodged the door in the shut position looking both of our cars in the garage. I contacted Precision and the technician was at our front door 2 hours later.
