This company is AWESOME!!! From the convenience of making the appointment, the awesome tech “Leo”, paying process etc was super easy and there was no stress at all. I love that the van was stocked with the items needed to complete the project that Leo was working on at my home so there was no need to schedule another visit. The text that gives you an alert that that the tech is on their way was so cool because it had a picture of the tech and a bio which I found to be pretty awesome. Leo came to my door with a big smile and an enthusiastic hello. He listen carefully to what was going on with my garage door and walked me through what he felt I should do. There was no pressure or awkward moments. Leo completed the job, cleaned up, and gave me a little lesson on my new motor. I highly recommend this company and I am so happy I found them. I plan on replacing the motor in my other garage door next year and will definitely as for Leo. Great job Leo and Precision Garage Door Service. I plan on spreading the word on how awesome you are!!!

My garage door spring snapped on a Saturday morning. I called Precision, spoke to a very helpful person who booked the service for that day. Jeffrey came out, explained what needed to be done and what it would cost, and handled the repair. I would definitely use him again.

One of my garage doors wouldn’t go go down all the way. I had a coupon for Precision garage doors. When I called, they were very courteous and gave me an appt the next day. Joshua, my technician analyzed the problem, told me the cost based on the age of the door(very old) fixing the immediate problem, and the cost replacing more parts to upgrade system. I was extremely satisfied and recommend Precision highly!

Set up an appointment in under 24 hours. The scheduling and notification tools are impressive down to being able to track where the technician is once on route. When Jeffrey Barrales got here the trolley on my garage doors was replaced in a little over an hour. Fantastic work and super friendly service from Jeffrey.

What I did like from Carlo’s he cover all the communication and collaboration on my issues that I was experiencing with the garage door. He’s feedbacks and reviewing the problem I had with the garage door. He honestly hold a great conversation face to face and provide relative examples, to end the problems with my garage door. The entire experience was first rate. Due to a garage door malfunction at a friend’s house where we are staying we had to search for a repair. We found your company on Google. From the initial call to scheduling a technician to being kept informed of the status of our situation I was delighted and surprised as we had no history with you nor any referrals from other customers. The technician was on time, courteous, professional and solved the problem. He gave us several options for resolving the issues but never pressured us to choose one.
