We wanted to replace our Genie garage door openers (that were installed in 1999!) with new Genie garage door openers that had a battery back up and lights, since our old models did not. We found Precision Garage Door of Fairfield County CT on the Genie website and we are absolutely thrilled with how easy and quick it was working with Precision Garage Door of Fairfield County CT. Their communication with the customer is the best I have ever experienced. Gafur was our expert installer. He asked us questions about our concerns, he inspected everything, garage door, springs, and explained what is included in the purchase. Gafur provided options based on our request for light and battery back up feature, and we were very pleased that he was able to begin the installation same day. Once complete, he walked us through everything. We are extremely happy we contacted Precision Garage Door of Fairfield County CT to replace/install new Genie garage door openers, we are also very comfortable now that Gafur did a complete inspection of every component of the garage door, springs, rollers, and provided new outdoor key pads, remotes and indoor opener. Thank you, we highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Fairfield County CT.

Excellent service. Great communication, friendly tech and warranty to stand behind the work. Big contrast to a prior company we’d hired for the same problem who failed to fix it, charged us $300, and then refused to come back out when the door still wasn’t working.

My garage door went off the tracks suddenly trapping my car. Mike was at my door by 12:30 on Sunday. He explained everything to me, provided a detailed estimate, and repaired the door…all within 2 hours. Great service, detailed, knowledgeable, respectful and polite.

Really expensive, which lowers my score. But they did come out on a Saturday and they did replace the garage door springs in about an hour. Being able to create an online appointment was helpful compared to other companies I left phone messages with and they did not return my calls.

I was extremely satisfied with the service of Precision Garage Door! Not only did they send a repair technician same day, but Josh gave a clear explanation of the work to be done and was highly professional, efficient and — most importantly— got the job done. Bravo!

Chose Precision because it was the first thing that came up under local. Like the name, too. Called on a Thursday and came out on Friday. Emails sent to me day before and on day of service were welcoming, friendly and useful. Dave was personable, professional and efficient. Guided me through pricing and when finished showed me the how to’s. I highly recommend Precision.

First, they came the day I called, A+ right there. The tech, David, was professional, knowledgeable, and fast. Gave me options, and then after I signed off on the work, did it in expedited time. I'd use them again and recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

Ease in scheduling. The technician, Joshua Giron, arrived within the planned time frame and had texted prior to arrival. He was competent and willing to explain what was required to fix our garage door. He also discouraged us from purchasing unnecessary parts. All in all, an excellent experience. Thank you, Dr. K (Westport)

All communications were excellent. 24 hour turnaround on a big repair. Our technician, Joshua, was absolutely A list. Very clear in explaining the job ( a busted spring, with a lot of complications) and while the repair was more expensive than anticipated, it let us save by keeping our old door, and making it more functional. Highly recommended.

This is the second time we've used Precision and it's been a great experience both times. Easy to get an appointment, tech on time. The updates on arrival are great. The tech, Mike, speaks clearly and is competent/pleasant. The prices are reasonable. Really sets a standard for house work contractors.
