Joshua was one of the nicest people I ever meet. He explained everything before he started and gave me a time schedule. He completed the tasks and made sure I saw and understood what he did. Hi, To whom may concern, I want to provide my feedback on the performance job that took place on 6/22. Tech Carlos Ortiz is very optimistic and very respectful and polite. What I did like from Carlo’s he cover all the communication and collaboration on my issues that I was experiencing with the garage door. He’s feedbacks and reviewing the problem I had with the garage door. He honestly hold a great conversation face to face and provide relative examples, to end the problems with my garage door. Great job Carlos thank you for all you did. My wife and I we are very happy.

The entire experience was first rate. Due to a garage door malfunction at a friend’s house where we are staying we had to search for a repair. We found your company on Google. From the initial call to scheduling a technician to being kept informed of the status of our situation I was delighted and surprised as we had no history with you nor any referrals from other customers. The technician was on time, courteous, professional and solved the problem. He gave us several options for resolving the issues but never pressured us to choose one. Happy to recommend him and your company.

Our garage door broke a spring at 9AM on Saturday; a repairman was on site at 2:00 the same day. The technician, Carlos, was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and outlined a number of repair options. The work was completed quickly and he was done in less than an hour. Can't say I was pleased to have our garage door break, but Carlos made it as easy as possible. Thank you, Carlos! Highly, highly recommend these guys.

When my automatic garage door opener broke I was able to get a next day appointment with Precision. The tech, Joshua, diagnosed what caused my opener to break, and gave me several options to repair or replace, all of which would have fixed my garage door. I chose to replace, and Joshua offered several options for that route. We worked out the best deal in my budget, and then he had me up and running again in just a couple of hours. Joshua was professional, efficient, and courteous. I would recommend him and Precision to anyone.

Our garage door had malfunctioned and we were unable to get our car out. Precision fielded our call with a competent human being (Liz), politely explained capabilities and got us on their repair schedule for the next AM. Carlos Ortiz arrived on time and examined the door, promised we’d get things operational quickly that day, clearly explained options for repair (just enough, good, better, best), and then cheerfully and professionally performed the work. Whatever we’d chosen to do, he had the parts on the truck. He left our garage cleaner than he found it. We’ll use Precision again.
