The cable on our garage door broke and dislodged the door in the shut position looking both of our cars in the garage. I contacted Precision and the technician was at our front door 2 hours later. My boyfriend back into the garage door and then tried to open it. It was a disaster. I called Precision this morning frsntic and a tech was at my home within 2 hours. Jeffrey Barrales came and took him time fixing my garage door. He explained everything that needed to be done. He even lubricated my 2nd door which was a little noisy. He was pleasant and the cost was much less than I initially expected. I'm very satisfied and would recommend this company. I would definitely use them again.

I had a garage door opener along with a keypad installed in 2016. I have never had an issue with it. Just lately my keypad was not working and after changing the battery and it still not working, I decided to give Precision a call. They could not have been more accommodating and timely. Aleksei came out on time and was able to give a quick fix to my keypad. He was very polite and explained exactly what was wrong. The Murphy's law issue was so frustrating that we were prepared to replace the whole system but he diagnosed the problem immediately and adjusted the sensor and chain.
