I was lucky enough to have Jeffrey Barrales as my Service Technician. What a knowledgeable, professional, and friendly gentleman. He assessed my issue and presented me several options for repair. Once I made a decision, he went to work and within an hour my door was operating like new. In addition, he assessed my other garage door and determined it was in good shape adding some lubricant to keep it operating well. He was a pleasure. I would recommend their service.

Jeff was very pleasant and work accomplished quickly. However, feel cost of job was excessive. Did not question quote when presented since other options offered were simply out of price range for me. Checked parts on line, after the fact, Certainly appears I could have had two new springs for the price charged..

Upon calling to report a problem with our garage door opener keyless entry pad, we were able to schedule a service appointment very quickly. The technician contacted us a half hour before arriving to tell us he was on the way, and arrived exactly on time. Your Precision Overhead Garage Door Service representative, Jeffrey Barrales, set a high standard for your business! During his visit to repair my Garage Door Opener and make other minor improvements I found him to be competent, extremely polite and cordial. What else could a customer want? Well, I could start by asking for a reduction in my bill, but I'd better not! I am glad to submit a glowing review on Jeffrey's service call to my home today. Sincerely, James P. My boyfriend back into the garage door and then tried to open it. It was a disaster. I called Precision this morning frsntic and a tech was at my home within 2 hours. Jeffrey Barrales came and took him time fixing my garage door. He explained everything that needed to be done. He even lubricated my 2nd door which was a little noisy. He was pleasant and the cost was much less than I initially expected. I'm very satisfied and would recommend this company. I would definitely use them again.

I had a garage door opener along with a keypad installed in 2016. I have never had an issue with it. Just lately my keypad was not working and after changing the battery and it still not working, I decided to give Precision a call. They could not have been more accommodating and timely. Aleksei came out on time and was able to give a quick fix to my keypad. He was very polite and explained exactly what was wrong. I was impressed with their service in 2016 and I will continue to be a customer as well as refer friends and family to Precision. Thank you for your excellent service!

Our garage door broke in the middle of the night. We knew right away we needed help. It wasn't something we could/should try fixing ourselves. We contacted Precision Door Service of Fairfield and immediately got an appointment the next morning. Joshua came, assessed the problem and provided on site feedback, a quote, and fixed the door this morning. We can't thank you enough for being reachable, responsive, professional, and available when we needed you!
