The service I received on a Sunday for a warranty claim made on Saturday was incredible. Most companies wouldn’t even receive the call until Monday. The technician was great and communicated about his expected arrival time so that I wasn’t trapped in the house all day waiting for the repair. Kudos to Precision Door for a great service experience. I called to get a quote in my garage door repair. The technician Carlos showed up within the 3 hour time frame I was given and called ahead of time. He was very knowledgeable and helpful of all the repairs I needed. I also had to call the office after booking my appointment online because I realized the time I had chosen wouldn’t work. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly and we were able to work out a better time for the day I had chosen. Great customer service!

Since the owner was too lazy to put his email into his thank you letter, I do not think he was interested in my opinion. The workers were very nice BUT they left a mess in my garage when a broom was right in front of them and at least 6 nails on the garage floor where I could have run over them and gotten a flat tire. It was unfortunate that my garage door broke on a Sunday. From the first phone contact to the end service repair, my experience with Precision Garage Door was wonderful. I was instructed that the repair would take place within a specific 4-hour window of time and that the truck was fully stocked with materials to ensure the repair could be completed on the same day; and sure enough it was! The communication throughout was excellent. I received emails and texts with updates on when and who would arrive at my home to fix my garage door. Great experience.
