I sent an email Monday morning explaining that my ancient garage door had broken and needed either repair, or more likely, replacement. A service visit was quickly scheduled and the following morning Travis showed up right on time, studied the old door and took me through the most appropriate solution for my needs. Service Tech, Leo, was very professional and efficient when we had problems with our new unit. Service requests were handled quickly and Leo is timely and calls 1/2hr. ahead to confirm his arrival time. Leo is a real asset to your team! He takes the time to explain and answer questions. Darren was very friendly, professional, and explained every step that would be needed to fix our old, broken, door-opener and the reasons why! Was here first thing in the morning, as requested, completed the job within an hour! After completing, he went over everything he did and supplied us with the remotes and outside key-pad.
