Francisco was extremely thorough and informed us of everything he was installing and how to use it properly. We were very satisfied with the job that he did and the entire experience with Precision. Our garage door broke in the morning and was repaired that afternoon - a testament to the quality service and efficiency of the company.

Francisco was just great! Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He was able to repair what another garage door company had messed up. When that company stood me up for my service call, I cancelled and called Precision. Best decision I've made all year!

First Class all the way! Setting up an appointment was easy and very professional. My technician was Travis and I can't say enough about how pleased I was with him. He communicated his arrival time and was there when he said he would be. Travis explained my options clearly and completely and I was sold. My opener was installed in short order and I was totally impressed with how neatly the work was done and with the quality of the opener. Travis took plenty of time to explain the features and operation of my new opener. The quality of the product and of the expertise and professionalism demonstrated by Travis are truly First Class. I could not be happier with my dealings with Precision Door Service!

Your BBB rating, Angies List review and AAA discount made this a good selection along with the quick appointment process. Both employees checked and provided info on the garage door spring failure so I was able to make a selection of the best fit option for us of three offered. This was a very good experience and I would recommend the company.
