On Sunday, June 28 Ricardo Clerigo was here to repair my garage door opener. Ricardo called 30 minutes before arriving, gave an approximate time he would arrive and was he at that time. He was courteous and professional and took the time to diagnose the issues and explained everything clearly to help me make an informed decision. I was originally going to get a second/third opinion but no need after the professionalism and service I received. I felt comfortable I was getting an honest opinion so Ricardo will be back in a few days to complete the install. Precision has a great business model, that is hire good honest people! I would not recommend any other company.

Travis was my technician and he was excellent: professional, courteous and arrived at the expected time. He remembered installing my opener 2 years ago, and he is the reason I called Precision for this issue. I will definitely use your company if a problem arises in the future because your technician was so knowledgeable and polite.

Travis was great- He called ahead of time to let me know exactly when he would be arriving. He came up with a creative solution to repair my existing door to avoid purchasing a new door and discovered a problem with the other door that was soon going to fail. Very satisfied.

Dear Mr. Bencsko We were very please with the prompt and very successful work done to free our car trapped in the garage when the overhead door rolled off its tracks and went on permanent vacation without any notice!! It was a pleasure to speak with Tina at the Brookfield, Ct number. She was sympathetic and very helpful regarding service and coupon options. It was nice to deal with professional customer service! Ricardo C. our serviceman, was quite amazing. He arrived on time, performed his diagnostics and clearly apprised me of all the options available for necessary work. I was impressed by his professional demeanor, exceptional courtesy and length and breadth of his technical knowledge. He clearly had a great deal of patience and quite definitely a sense of humor, since he had to deal with my persistent coupon questions. We were very impressed with our human interactions with your company and the excellent level of workmanship. The customer service level we received was about 15, on a scale of 1 to 10! My daughter, Kathy K. and I will be happy to use your services in the future, as well as refer you to and all of our neighbors and coworkers. Thanks again, Carol Sutton

I saw your commercial & got a coupon in the mail for savings. So far, my experience has been positive. My technician who measured for the doors (Travis) is not only a terrific company representative... He is an exceptional communicator and has impeccable manners. I felt safe and listened to during the appointment for new garage door estimates. Travis's customer service skills and attention to detail are a 5 out of 5!!
