Had a great experience with Precision. My garage door broke on a Sunday evening. I emailed Precision that night and called first thing on Monday morning. They pulled up my email and sent a tech out that morning. The new door was installed in less than two weeks. Everything went smoothly. I love my new garage door!

We had and I use the word "Had" a buckle in our garage door. We received in a mailer a coupon for Precision Door and made the call. They were out the next day, professional, friendly, skilled and HONEST!!!!! He fixed the buckle, gave me his opinion for the future of the door which was the same conclusion we had come too. Our installation of a new garage door opener was very satisfactory. The service technician, Travis, called about 1-1/2 hours before his arrival to give me a more precise time. The weather was not great, and he arrived in a timely fashion and was very knowledgeable about the products and spent time reviewing options and then the operation of the door. Our Technician Travis was extremely helpful and courteous. He called prior to his arrival, and was on the early side of our service time window. Travis was professional but also personable and took the time to explain everything and what the pricing would be. We needed several different services and he accomplished all. He installed new sensors, installed and synced a new keypad, installed a new logic board to preserve my existing unit and even synced our existing remotes. Finally I have fully functional doors with a keypad. I was extremely satisfied with the entire process. Good work!

Leo did a great job fixing and explaining the repair. I felt confident in the work he did. My only complaint is the cost was more than I was expecting, but I guess I didn't realize the extent of the repairs necessary to get the door back in working order.

When I scheduled our appointment, I was a little worried that the wonderful fellow who serviced us last was unavailable - but snow caused us some issues and I opted for an unknown tech to come out. Travis and his assistant were very professional and persistent in trying to address my problem; ultimately they could not "fix" my keypad and had to replace it with a new one.
