What an excellent experience, from making the appointment to completion of the work! I especially love the communication texts to confirm appointments, providing information on the employee (including a picture!) and sending updates and tracking on arrival. EVERY company should do this. And to top it off, the employee (Anthony) was super friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with him there and the work he completed was excellent .Very impressed. Thank you so much! Would use this company again in a heartbeat ????.

Brilliant service. Very responsive and helpful. We couldn't open the garage door to get the car out. They came out the same day, within a few hours and had all the parts to complete the job including installing a new light which we hadn't requested on the original phone call. The technician, Jeffery Barrales, went above and beyond helping to set up the App, setting the garage door openers on 3 different cars and explaining all the work that had been done, even though it was late in the day. An excellent service carried out by an experienced and super nice/helpful person.

This was my first experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and I can highly recommend it! The online appointment sign-up was thorough and easy. They kept in touch via text and email to notify me they had received my request, when they would arrive and the name and credentials of the technician. The day of, they contacted me with their arrival time. The technician, Alexis, was polite and knowledgeable. He asked about my garage door problems, checked them himself and set to work to fix and do maintenance on both doors as requested. We were very satisfied with service we received. Thank you!
