I can highly recommend Precision! All the people were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I loved getting an email beforehand with a photo of who to expect. My old garage door was replaced with a new door. The servicemen showed up on time, worked efficiently and left the work place spotless!!

I had a cable in the garage snap when I came home from work the other night. The process of contacting Precision was so easy. They scheduled me for first thing the next day and offered to call if any emergency cancellations occurred. Our experience with Precision was great. Quick response, great communication. Kept us informed every step of the way literally than Technician Jessie arrived exactly on time and was great! Very professional, very nice, gave us all the information we needed to make a decision to move forward with the repair and we are glad we did. The original installers of our garage door couldn't even give us a day that they could do the repair. Got Precision on a Sunday, they were booked but to our house the next morning, Precision was fast and professional. Would use them again without hesitation, Highly recommend!!!

If you are looking for a professional, competent garage door repair look no further than Precision Door Service. From the minute you book their service on their website you will realize how great their service is. They communicate with you as soon as your appointment is set and then remind you the day before. The technician calls you when he is on the way. Carlos arrived right on time and what a professional, knowledgeable and courteous young man. He saw my problem immediately and further inspection showed I needed more updates to my 30 year old system. Carlos showed me my options on his tablet with all prices shown. There was never any pressure, no switch and bait and he was honest and upfront on what I needed. All in all, a very wonderful experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

This company is AWESOME!!! From the convenience of making the appointment, the awesome tech “Leo”, paying process etc was super easy and there was no stress at all. I love that the van was stocked with the items needed to complete the project that Leo was working on at my home so there was no need to schedule another visit. The text that gives you an alert that that the tech is on their way was so cool because it had a picture of the tech and a bio which I found to be pretty awesome. Leo came to my door with a big smile and an enthusiastic hello. He listen carefully to what was going on with my garage door and walked me through what he felt I should do. There was no pressure or awkward moments. Leo completed the job, cleaned up, and gave me a little lesson on my new motor. I highly recommend this company and I am so happy I found them. I plan on replacing the motor in my other garage door next year and will definitely as for Leo. Great job Leo and Precision Garage Door Service. I plan on spreading the word on how awesome you are!!!

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Josh. He throughly explained how to use our new garage door opener. I couldn’t get over how meticulous he was with his work and how organized his truck was. Everything had its own place. Way to go, Josh! A job well done!!!
