The monster snow storm of January 2026 dumped 16 inches of snow and ice on my property, and my garage door would not close properly. On time, friendly, took time to hear my information, neat and efficient. Solved the problem in short order and, because it was a 'simple' (for him though not for me) solution did not charge me despite my entreaties. This wise business decision has guaranteed Precision a customer for life. This attitude is so rare nowadays in what so often seems to be a 'strip mining' approach to business of short term gain over long term relationship. No negatives from my point of view. 5 star plus service

Very happy with the service and work. David was great. He was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I thought the pricing was fair, especially with the quality of service.
