On time, friendly, took time to hear my information, neat and efficient. Solved the problem in short order and, because it was a 'simple' (for him though not for me) solution did not charge me despite my entreaties. This wise business decision has guaranteed Precision a customer for life. This attitude is so rare nowadays in what so often seems to be a 'strip mining' approach to business of short term gain over long term relationship. Very happy with the service and work. David was great. He was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I thought the pricing was fair, especially with the quality of service. I called on a Friday and by Saturday at 1 pm I had a whole new system that operates nearly silently. I will be using them again for all maintenance needs, repairs, and for new doors in the future.

We originally scheduled for a check up because one of our neighbors had a problem with broken springs. There home is similar in age to ours.
