Solved the problem in short order and, because it was a 'simple' (for him though not for me) solution did not charge me despite my entreaties. This wise business decision has guaranteed Precision a customer for life. This attitude is so rare nowadays in what so often seems to be a 'strip mining' approach to business of short term gain over long term relationship.
