The technicians Luke and Matt explained my options for fixing my door and quoted me prices for each. I was able to choose what worked best for me. They quickly installed my new motor and left the area neat and clean with all new openers and buttons. They were very courteous as well. The process was painless!

Our experience today with Precision Overhead Garage Doors went exceptionally well. I unfortunately backed into my garage door two days ago. I needed someone to fix my garage door asap, so I took a chance and googled garage door repairs and set up an appointment to have my garage door repaired with your company. I was pleasantly surprised that the repairman, Jesse, came earlier than expected and he was very patient, courteous and professional. He explained all options available to me and explained the process I chose as he was doing so. I like to understand what is being done and Jesse did not mind the million questions I had. Easy to arrange service call; email and phone call 20min before arriving; technician Carlos Ortiz was very knowledgeable regarding the issue and found an issue with fraying cable that I had not been aware of.
