Garage Door of Fairfield County is highly professional. Kyle Kearney could not have been better. He was friendly, personable, and conveyed knowledge of everything having to do with garage openers. He explained the problem extremely well and solved our problem to our appreciative satisfaction. We liked also that all necessary equipment was carried in a remarkable graphically strong van. All in all we consider ourselves fortunate to have found your company. The door works, the new unit is impressive and we are happy. Thank you

Today was a terrific experience. Jeffery, our service person was fantastic from start to finish. If only Jeffery could be the perpetual customer service person in all venues. He was polite, knowledgeable, and open to what we could spend. He didn't try to hard sell us into anything but he offered us all of the options. I will gladly call upon Precision door services if we should ever have garage door issues again. Thank you very much for making it easy.

I went to google to find a garage door repair company. Your company sounded the best. I especially liked the fact that you said you would arrive within 4 hours. I make an appointment and now my garage is fixed and sounds better than it ever did. I will definitely recommend your company to whoever has garage problems.

When my garage door wouldn’t open due to a snapped cable I contacted Precision. Within 2 hours Carlos arrived and identified my issue. He gave me a number of options and answered all my questions concerning the repairs without pressure to select one over the other. We agreed on the work and my garage was back operating shortly after. I am glad I called Precision and got Carlos and would not hesitate to do so again.

Jeffrey Barrales, the technician, arrived on time and within 30 minutes of making the appointment. He was courteous and professional. I selected Precision as website indicated they had Saturday hours and could fix the problem today, which they did. The repair costs were a little on the pricey side but I would recommend them. Jeffrey did good work and explained everything as well as the cost prior to starting the work. He also explained everything that he did upon completing the work. Again, job well done! Called in the morning because of a broken cable. You were able to send a tech this morning.Jeffrey called and told me when he would be here and arrived on time. I asked him to check both doors. He explained that he would evaluate both doors, let me know what he found and then would explain the different packages. He was very knowledgeable and we discussed what he found and then showed me the packages. I chose what I thought was best for me and then he did the work. When he finished he showed me everything he did. I was very satisfied with all he did.Jeffrey was very courteous and professional. Thanks for your help.
