My garage door opener would not work,so I had to open it manually . I had just gotten the value pack ads in the mail. There was an ad from Precision door service. Landed up with a broken garage door on a cold morning. The only service I managed to reach who were able to help was Precision. The person who answered the phone was quick and was able to get someone to take care of us quickly. Their technicians Leo and Ricardo arrived on time, quickly figured out what was wrong, gave me a quote and on approval, fixed the door. Prompt, courteous and a job well done.

We called Precision when our garage door opener quit unexpectedly on a Saturday afternoon. It happened to be one of the coldest weekends we've had so far this winter. I was excited to learn that their technicians work on Sundays at no additional charge. Brian came the next day, after calling to let me know he would be running late, and again to tell me he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would, was extremely polite, and gave us his opinion regarding repairing versus replacing our 13 year old unit. We opted to replace and Brian set to work in our freezing garage for 1 1/2 hours to get us working again. We were 100% satisfied with our experience and will definitely call Precision to replace our other door (when it is warmer weather, of course!). I usually do not write these comments for every service I receive, but I believe firm has earned it's five stars! I have used this company three times. Ones to install an old garage door I got from a friend. That door lasted 15 years. They ones fixed a few rollers and stuff. This time the whole thing needed to be replaced with new. Your prompt and attentive service is flawless! Production time of a few weeks is acceptable and the cost was very competitive. Your installation crew (Greg & Paul) did a great job, fast and efficient. The door looks and works great! Only thing I would correct with this firm is it's name. It should be called Five Star Overhead Precision Door Service, because they have earned the name…I recommend them with no reservations..

Found Precision on-line and it looked like best choice. Had spring replaced, motor adjusted and a new gear installed. Leo was actually early and couldn't have been nicer, more informative and obviously skilled and well trained. Definite 5 stars!!!

Our garage door spring broke over a weekend and when no one else answered on a Sunday, these guys did and made an appointment. By Tuesday, our garage door was operational again and Leo did a fast, friendly repair while explaining everything. We even needed a further adjustment after the repair and Leo came back out and took the 5 minutes to make the adjustment at no charge under their 90 Day Warranty. Thanks!
