One of my garage doors wouldn’t go go down all the way. I had a coupon for Precision garage doors. When I called, they were very courteous and gave me an appt the next day. Joshua, my technician analyzed the problem, told me the cost based on the age of the door(very old) fixing the immediate problem, and the cost replacing more parts to upgrade system. I was extremely satisfied and recommend Precision highly!

Jeffrey Barrales, the technician, arrived on time and within 30 minutes of making the appointment. He was courteous and professional. I selected Precision as website indicated they had Saturday hours and could fix the problem today, which they did. The repair costs were a little on the pricey side but I would recommend them. Jeffrey did good work and explained everything as well as the cost prior to starting the work. He also explained everything that he did upon completing the work. Again, job well done! First of all loved having a photo of the technician who was on their way, followed by phone call saying how far away he was. Service was thorough and had options. Service excellent! Prices are crazy high!! Carlos installed a new lift master garage door opener and new hardware on an almost 60 year old garage door. The door is nearly silent!! Excellent job. Precision Garage Door Service chose to charge me $2029 for this. I priced all the parts on line. $774 Even if I add the 3 hours of labor at $150/hr total is $1284. Even if I add $200 extra for them to stock the parts and run the repair truck gas secretaries office etc. total is still $1484. So overall I think I paid about $550 over a reasonable cost for the service.

Two young fella's were here to install a new battery for the overhead door. While here they fixed another problem that I had with the door closing when the sun was shinning on it. The laser lights near the floor were out of alignment. They were really nice young men. Of course I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs help with their overhead door.

Carlos did an outstanding job. First diagnosing our issue and repairing it, then showing us the weakness in our door system. He gave us all options without pressuring us to make a decision, giving us all pricing and consequences. Once we made a decision he did a great job. Our garage door works so much better. As this is one of our main entranceway, it was important to put this in prime condition. I would highly recommend Carlos to family and friends. Precision Door Service is a first rate company. Customer satisfaction and Communication with customers are wonderful part of their service.

Brian was clean, very much informing Quick, But really a bit EXPENSIVE.. Liftmaster by itself is probably $240-$280 plus install I was charged $638.oo with install which took less then 35 minutes....He did give me a extra clicker.... Thats $300/hr for install... ????????? First Class all the way! Setting up an appointment was easy and very professional. My technician was Travis and I can't say enough about how pleased I was with him. He communicated his arrival time and was there when he said he would be. Travis explained my options clearly and completely and I was sold. My opener was installed in short order and I was totally impressed with how neatly the work was done and with the quality of the opener.
