Brian and his trainee repaired my garage door today. I'm very pleased with their very professional service. They were knowledgeable and courteous. I also observed that Brian was doing an excellent job training.

Brian was clean, very much informing Quick, But really a bit EXPENSIVE.. Liftmaster by itself is probably $240-$280 plus install I was charged $638.oo with install which took less then 35 minutes....He did give me a extra clicker.... Thats $300/hr for install... ????????? I randomly searched for garage door repair and found Precision by chance. It was the best move I made. I called late afternoon on Tuesday and was able to get an early morning appointment the next day! Brian J X Birchler was the techician who came to the job. He arrived on time and was professional, respectful, extremely knowledgeable in his field and kept the work area clean & neat. Needless to say he repaired my garage door opener and it appears as if I have a new door opener. Brian & Precision definitely deserve a 5 star rating!

The two technicians were outstanding. We asked for an examination of three doors and advice as to what maintenance might be needed or desirable. That was done by Brian (with Jacob's excellent asistance). The work was done in speedy and professional form and Precision may well be proud of these two employees. The total invoice was just under $800.00 as estimated. What we do not like is that labor and materials are not split apart on the invoice. Thus cables @ $99.00 looks high and a spring does not cost over $200.00. Invoices should show labor and materials so the customer gets the idea of the degree of difficulty or special skills training that are needed or used. A satisfied customer, but disagree with the way charges are presented.

Technician Brian B replaced our broken springs and pulleys and got the door working well again, and then also replaced the door opener when it unexpectedly failed. Brian was the Installer who came to my home, Was having issue with the signal range for the garage. You had to be right on top to get the door to respond to opening/closing from the car or keypad. Brian was able to resolve the issue quickly as well greased and adjust the belts on the door. This was done without me asking. He just noticed that it needed the adjustment. One of the best service calls that I ever had. They are my preferred vendor of choice for garage assistance. Brian was great!!

Excellent service at a fair price. Brian called me to give me a heads up he was coming, and even asked if I wanted a coffee because he was stopping for one on the way! Once he arrived and inspected the door, he gave me several options, one "short term" to get it working, and one more long term, to increase the life of all of it. No pressure on either option, he just laid them both out and let me chose. Work was done quickly and explained once he was done. I highly recommend Brian and the whole Precision team.

I called Precision on a Saturday morning, was able to speak to an actual human being and set up an appointent for Monday morning. I received a very detailed email from precision which included my technician's name, photo and (you are not going to believe this) the date of his last drug test - yes I said drug test! I was told the technician would call 30 minutes prior to arrival (AND HE DID!). When tech (Brian Bi) arrived, he surveyed the issue, and gave me a very detailed review of the repairs needed. Brian also went over warranty info included with the repair (never occured to me that it would even have a warranty!). A testament to how nice Brian Bi is - our yellow lab normally goes bonkers barking at strangers when they enter our yard. Good old Calvin greeted Brian as if he was a family member - enough said! I should add that I called another garage door repair service on Friday evening, left a voicemail and did not hear back from them until Monday morning. I was more than happy to let them know that not only had I found another company to repair my door, but they were already at my home doing the repair. I could not have been more happy with the service I received from Precision.

Service provided was excellent. Repairman knew the problem and was able to rectify and correct the difficulty that I was having opening the door. He installed a new motor, the old one was 24 years old. He worked quickly and the same day. He had all the supplies needed with him. He also replaced the original spring, which has rusted and was losing it's tensile strength. The service man was knowledgeable and neat. I appreciated being informed of his expected arrival as he proceeded through his work schedule for the day of my appointment.

Had the same 5-star service other people have experienced, which is why I selected Precision and am writing this review. Called late morning and was able to get same day service. Brian did the repairs, calling well ahead of the scheduled time to let me know a more exact arrival time than the original 4-hour window—then called again about 25 mins before to confirm. He did a thorough review, quoted the options, then immediately performed the repair as well as lubed/tightened/etc. Prices about what you would expect but really great service, happy to recommend.

Thrilled that technician called before scheduled time to give me an approximate time of arrival. He arrived at a few minutes early, was extremely courteous, and explained all aspects of what he was doing. Unfortunately, the problem was not with the garage door opener but due to lack of power (In condo where garage not attached to unit.) Would definitely use Precision again.
