Upon calling to report a problem with our garage door opener keyless entry pad, we were able to schedule a service appointment very quickly. The technician contacted us a half hour before arriving to tell us he was on the way, and arrived exactly on time. He was very friendly, informative and efficient, and resolved the issue with a new keypad. We are very happy with this service, as well as previous services we have had, and will most certainly recommend Precision Garage Door of Fairfield to all of our friends and neighbors.

The technician, Julian, was excellent. He arrived within the time window...which as we all know is not a given in the service industry. This was a troubleshooting/fixing need following damage from a torsion spring break - more challenging than a start-from-scratch situation. Julian had things working quickly and then gave a full inspection of both of our garage doors to suggest what was in need of some sooner-than-later maintenance/replacements. All was done professionally, yet friendly. We couldn't have asked for more. On top of that, the price was absolutely fair. At the end of the day, we doubled our garage car capacity from 1 to 2! ;)

It is also so nice to see someone who seems to genuinely like and therefore excels at his work. When I called to make an appointment, the woman was so nice and actually followed up with phone calls letting me know the technician was running late on a job but was still coming. I so appreciated that! The technician (Julian Villamor) called to let me know he was on his way and thanked me for my patience. He arrived and was professional, happy, and gave advice on my other garage door that also needs work. I will DEFINATELY be calling back!
