They responded promptly and arrived when they said they would. The technician was very polite and definitely knew what he was doing and was efficient. He replaced the rollers and one broken bracket then tighted all the bolts and screws. The door works better than ever and it's even quieter. The price was also very reasonable and I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to my friends.

He was careful and thorough, and he explained everything, helping me to decide which model and features to select. I am very pleased with the result. Darren arrived during the scheduled time range, and literally within seconds had figured out why our garage door opener would open but not close. It was the replacement electric eye I had tried replacing myself, he knew right away that model was not going to work with my garage door opener. He had the correct replacement equipment on his truck and was done and had everything working again in less than an hour.

Within 3 hours of calling the Precision technician arrived. He was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained my options, their costs, and provided a point of view of the best solution to fit my needs. New openers were installed on the same visit, as Travis came prepared with a well stocked work truck. After the installation was complete I was walked through everything I needed to know and Travis even programmed the garage door buttons in our cars. He left the work site clean and was one of the most respectable and professional technicians that has ever worked on my home.

We found Precision I'm the local phone book this morning. We were told the service man would be here between 1-5 today. He arrived at 4:45. Travis looked at the garage door and diagnosed what the problem was. Travis made suggestions which we agreed to and did the repairs. He finished the repair quickly. Technician arrived in record time & had no difficulty anylizing and fixing the problem. He appeared to be knowledgable and very presentable. The problem by the way lay with the two sensors which were misaligned.
