Carlos evaluated our issue with our keypad and determined that the contacts for the numbers were worn. He was able to quickly replace the keypad and we were back up and working with our garage in about a half hour. Since he arrived at the early in the day the service had zero impact on our schedule. To top it off he was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Precision installed a keypad for my garage door this morning. The installer arrived when he said he would, installed the keypad in about 10 minutes and the price was reasonable, which is rare nowadays. I was very happy with that.

Precision couldn't have been any better! I scheduled the call to come look at my garage doors early morning and they were at my home the same day. Carlos was incredible! He was so knowledgable, helpful and patient. He assessed the situation and gave me options. Once we made a decision, the doors were fixed the same day. He took the time to explain what he was doing, what was being installed and how to use the system. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone and if you get Carlos Ortiz you are very lucky!

Jeffrey B. & Precision is your answer to your garage door troubles. Jeffrey was courteous, through and really helpful stepping through my options to fix my garage door opener(s) issues. One day availability after I requested a free quote, courtesy corespondents when they arrive and completed 2 garage door replacements within 3 hours. Extremely happy with the results and experience. Just call them to make your worries go away….without the pressure…just professionalism. I wish all home repair was this positive.

Precision is the best! This is the second time they installed and/or repaired the garage in my property. The first one was Leo. He was great. He did a fantastic job of putting a brand new state of the art garage door and motor. The second was Joshua. He came in on time and fixed my wobbling garage door panel. He also advised me about the poor quality of the existing garage door (this is for another property where the garage door was installed by the builder) and recommended a better quality replacement. Joshua was friendly and knowledgeable.
