Carlos did an outstanding job. First diagnosing our issue and repairing it, then showing us the weakness in our door system. He gave us all options without pressuring us to make a decision, giving us all pricing and consequences. Once we made a decision he did a great job. Our garage door works so much better. As this is one of our main entranceway, it was important to put this in prime condition. I would highly recommend Carlos to family and friends. Precision Door Service is a first rate company. Customer satisfaction and Communication with customers are wonderful part of their service.

Very nice service person. Fixed our garage door opener and took rider for new garage door. The only downside is that we may have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for new door.

I highly recommend this company. I called on a Thursday to have my garage door repair. They came to the house on Saturday to repair the door. Two things stand out; 1) the customer service is outstanding (they confirmed the appointment via text several times, and showed up on time) 2) the door was repaired with high quality products and works perfectly. Very impressed with this company. Well run, and the person that fixed the door was very professional.

While I appreciate you were open on Saturday and could schedule a service call on a Sunday, no one asked me when I scheduled the service call and I didn’t think to know that my doors are 9’ x 9’. I was informed on arrival that you don’t service doors more than 8’, so it turned out to be a waste of time and money. The service tech was kind enough to recommend a Liftmaster 893 Max to replace my current Liftmaster remote opener which is no longer working. He showed me one in his van, but apparently couldn’t or wouldn’t sell to me. So I’m ordering from Amazon.

He was extremely professional and personable. I felt comfortable having him in my home. We were pleasantly surprised that when we called in the late afternoon, we were able to arrange a service visit for the next morning. We received two calls to update us about the arrival time. The technician, Carlos, was very thorough with his assessment of the problems with our garage door and very pleasant to deal with. Will definitely call Precision again, if we have need.
