Carlos was great! He communicated his arrival time, which allowed me time to ensure I was home. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our garage door not closing and helped me change the passcode on our keypad. He thoroughly inspected and proposed resolutions in a clear and concise manner. Very professional. We will be using Precision again in the future!

Service is excellent. The rep, Carlos, communicates clearly and coordinates and maintains contact well. However, I was given a window of 8am - noon and he didn't arrive until 11:50am -- and then did not have have the necessary equipment to complete the job. He has to return next week.

I called early in the week after having difficulty with my Garage Door opener. Carlos arrived and immediately introduced him self in a very friendly way/ Carlos knew the solution and cleared up the problem. As the former National Sales Manager of a major US Company. Service excellent! Prices are crazy high!! Carlos installed a new lift master garage door opener and new hardware on an almost 60 year old garage door. The door is nearly silent!! Excellent job. Precision Garage Door Service chose to charge me $2029 for this. I priced all the parts on line. $774 Even if I add the 3 hours of labor at $150/hr total is $1284. Even if I add $200 extra for them to stock the parts and run the repair truck gas secretaries office etc. total is still $1484. So overall I think I paid about $550 over a reasonable cost for the service.

One of the best service technicians I've had at my house. Carlos Ortiz and his technician called and let me know when they will be arriving and let me know they had 1 customer ahead of me and called me as soon as they were finished to say they were on their way. They even asked me if I would like coffee from the deli. I've never had a service tech ask that. Their work was excellent. I had a spring that broke as well as old pulley, hinges and rollers that needed replaced. All parts were available on truck and work was completed within a few hours on a very hot day! I highly recommend Carlos and Precision Door!

So happy with the service. Our door refused to open, but we were just expecting to get the mechanism replaced so that it would operate as before. On Friday, a cable broke upon closing the garage door. I called Precision and Kelly was most helpful getting a technician scheduled as soon as possible. An appointment was scheduled for the next day Saturday. They kept me updated regarding when the technician would arrive. Carlos arrived and was very pleasant. He checked the operating system and told me that unfortunately a lot of the hardware was showing lots of wear and tear. Of course the estimate to fix everything was much higher than I expected (an unforeseen expense). He offered me a "senior" discount which I qualified and it brought down the cost. He replaced what was needed and then made sure I was satisfied. Very happy with the service and VERY pleased with Carlos. Just wished because I was a return customer that a "loyalty" discount could have been offered as well.
