We chose this company because the reviews were outstanding. We received an appointment right away with an extremely helpful person on the other end of the phone (?Sara) We were contacted the next morning promptly that our service man was on his way with a little bio. Our service man, Mike, was courteous and professional and was able to solve our problems in a timely manner. This was service the way it used to be!

I am very pleased by the visit and work completed by Aleksei Coss this morning on very short notice! We had returned from vacation yesterday to find that there had been a power surge or lightening strike on the power lines on our street causing chaos for many neighbors/home owners. In addition to having the transformer on our HVAC burned out, we found that we could not get into our garage. Aleksei arrived, checked circuit breakers, manually opened a garage door and found a garage circuit breaker which had tripped, probably as a result of the power surge. We are most pleased with his service, his explanations and his expertise. Thank you!

Josh was very professional, diagnosed our problem and installed a new opener for us in just a couple of hours. He told us our existing motor was burnt out and no longer in production.
