Brian phoned me before he arrived. He asked appropriate questions and spotted one problem immediately and stopped the movement of the garage door to assess further. A cable was so worn it looked like dental floss! He explained to me his goals to fix the door. He was courteous and detailed. I would highly recommend him. 5 star rating. He replaced rollers and cables. Checked for safety.

5 STARS! Today I met JOEL N, perhaps the best home repair technician I've ever had the pleasure to meet. What a wonderful young man. Courteous, focused, principled, and thoroughly engaging. He assessed my problem, offered a couple of options and proceeded to install my new opener with precision and pride. If Joel is not up for employee of the month/year; then he must have a cadre of outstanding colleagues. I'd recommend Joel to anyone without hesitation. Superb. Thank you Joel for your good work and gentlemanly spirit@! Cheers Don

Thank you very much for very quick response. The part Liftmaster sent me was not the issue. It was a whole new motor. I would have never handled that myself.

Brian and his assistant , Matt, arrived on time after staying in touch with two phone calls to me. Brian was very professional (and tall) and explained everything that he was doing in order for me to feel comfortable with the work that was being done. My garage door system is over 30 years old and a new spring that Brian suggested would not work in the system, so Brian reinstalled the old spring and installed a new bracket which seemed to solve the problem. The cost was reasonable and I appreciated Brian and Matt's comments and suggestions to quickly fix the problem.

Precision Door easily scheduled my repair appointment over the phone. The garage door technician, Ricardo Clerigo, called prior to his arrival and showed up on time as scheduled. Ricardo was polite and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed my garage door issues in short order and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. He explained what was going to be fixed and he did an overall checkup on the entire door, motor etc. Half an hour after Ricardo arrived he was done and the door is now working great. I will definitely be a Percision door customer going forward. I hope all of the technicians are as efficient, knowledgeable and courteous as Ricardo Clerigo.
